1. Subscription Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Basic Plan: No refunds
  • Startup, Business, and Enterprise Plans: Pro-rated refunds for unused portion of billing cycle

2. Service Interruption

If SuperFast Store experiences service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours in a billing cycle, users are eligible for service credits.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit request via email to contact@tensaidevs.com
  • Include your account details and reason for refund
  • Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
  • Decision of SuperFast Store is final

Important Notes:

  • Maximum refund is limited to current billing cycle subscription fee
  • No cash refunds; only service credits or future billing adjustments
